1. Product Description
The manufacturing method of high-frequency welded radiator pipes is to shape flat aluminum strips into pipes, then connect the edges through high-frequency welding process, and perform seam welding without using any filler materials. Then adjust the size of the welded pipe until the exact size and tolerance are reached.
High frequency welded aluminum tubes are used to replace the extruded harmonica tubes in order to enhance the cooling performance of the intercooler aluminum tubes and to reduce the manufacturing cost. The high frequency welded aluminum tubes for intercooler are composed of two parts: the aluminum tubes and the inner fins.
